About Coach Chaffin

At age 17, I went from running, biking, rodeoing, and living my best life to suddenly being confined to a wheelchair and 2 medical boots. I sought the help of many medical professionals but did not find healing. It was not until I switched to a holistic, health-focused lifestyle that I found freedom from my chronic health battles and was empowered to create a new and fulfilling life. As a health coach, I am here to equip you to find your own health freedom in order to live the life you desire.

I have tried so many different diets but to no avail. When I started working with Chaffin, I was curious as to what she would bring to the table that would be different than the diet programs I'd tried. Turns out, she had a lot of new stuff that was super helpful! Instead of telling me to stick to a certain diet plan to lose weight, she helped me figure out what I liked best out of all the plans I had tried before. She shared helpful information that made me realize some of the diet plans weren't as healthy as others, so I was able to choose the best ideas from several different diets and put them together to create my own.

Chaffin is a great health coach and life coach to work with. I started to work with her to get better at adding exercise into my life. She helped me figure out goals that were more right for me than what I was originally thinking. Thanks to her helping me turn the goals into multiple action steps to complete (such as putting my socks and shoes out by my bed so I put them on first thing when I wake up making me feel more motivated to workout; and creating an accountability buddy system to make sure I keep at it), I am consistently working out 3 days a week, even amidst a crazy work schedule.

I also see Chaffin as a life coach. She majorly helped me reduce stress. She taught me several different mindfulness techniques that helped reduce anxiety. During each session, she would help me dive into the heart of the matter.
