Health Coach Training

I am an ADAPT-Certified Functional Health Coach and soon to be a National Board of Health and Wellness Certified Coach. I have been trained to understand the fundamentals of functional health and to utilize various behavior change methods to help you achieve your health goals. I have completed over 350+ hours of health coach sessions while under the supervision of the ADAPT Health Coach Training Program.

My functional health education includes:

  • Ancestral nutrition fundamentals
  • Principles of Functional Medicine
  • Diet variations: AIP, Paleo, low-FODMAP, ketogenic, 80/20 rule, etc
